Payroll Processing

Outsourced Payroll Services for Canadian Employers

Payroll mistakes cost penalties and employee trust. We run your Canadian payroll on schedule, calculate source deductions correctly, help you remit on time and produce year-end slips, using reliable payroll platforms such as Wagepoint or QuickBooks Payroll.

What we handle

  • Weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly or monthly pay runs
  • CPP (or QPP in Quebec), EI and income tax deductions
  • Vacation pay, statutory holiday pay, bonuses and commissions
  • Remittance schedules and reminders so CRA source deductions are paid on time
  • T4 and T4A slips and the T4 Summary (plus RL-1 slips in Quebec)
  • Records of Employment (ROE) when employees leave
  • Ontario EHT, BC EHT and workers’ compensation reporting support (WSIB, WorkSafeBC, WCB)
  • Payroll journals posted automatically to your books

Key deadlines we keep you ahead of

Most small employers are regular remitters, so source deductions are due to the CRA by the 15th of the month after the pay date. T4 slips and the T4 Summary are due by the last day of February. We track these for you and send reminders well in advance.

Payroll Processing: common questions

Do you support payroll in every province?

Yes, including Quebec, where QPP, QPIP and RL-1 slips apply and Revenu Québec handles provincial deductions.

Can you handle contractors as well as employees?

Yes. We track contractor payments and prepare T4A or T5018 slips where required, and we can flag workers who may need to be treated as employees.
